GDPR in Recruitment with Cohesion

“What does GDPR truly mean for recruitment?”

A new piece of EU legislation, the General Data Protection Regulation, will be introduced on 25th May 2018. With fines and business reputation at stake, the question we all want an answer to – what does it mean for recruitment?

Cohesion recruit thousands of candidates each and every year for our extensive list of clients, spanning across the majority of UK industries. Given the responsibility this places on us - our team have been looking long and hard into the implications of GDPR in recruitment.

So, come along to our interactive GDPR seminar, run by our internal Data Protection Officers, for ideas, suggestions and discussions on how best to manage and comply with GDPR in an already competitive recruitment environment.
